Squatting consists of occupying an abandoned or unoccupied space or building, usually residential, that the squatter does not own, rent or otherwise have permission to use.”

Despite the term ‘squatters rights’ there are steps you can take to get them out of your home. There are certain laws for squatting and there are also different ways of getting them out of the property.
